How long does UK delivery take?
Everything is hand-pressed to order and posted quickly — most UK orders arrive within 2–3 working days, and postage is always free.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes! We use premium sublimation printing so your design stays vibrant wash after wash. We still recommend the top rack to keep it looking its best.
Can I request a custom or personalised design?
Absolutely — personalisation is our favourite thing. Drop us a message with your idea and we’ll make it happen (rude ones especially welcome).
Do you offer returns?
Yes — you can return unused, non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we’ll sort a replacement or refund straight away.
Do you offer tracked delivery?
Every UK order is sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard — and it’s free. In a hurry? You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout. Either way you’ll get a tracking number by email.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Everything is hand-pressed to order, so please allow 1–2 working days for us to make and dispatch your order. You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all through a secure, encrypted checkout.
How do I look after my mug?
To keep the print looking vibrant for years, we recommend hand-washing or using the top rack of your dishwasher. Avoid microwaves for any mug with metallic detailing.
